Well, I'm 46; I was born when my parents were both 40 and Mom complained of arthritis pain as long as I can remember.
...don't think I need to start the glucosamine just yet, though, considering this is the first time I've had to deal with this in any serious way, and this is more annoying than anything else. Still, the same as anyone else in my age cohort I am finding myself with the nagging reminders of mortality.
Considering all the work I got done yesterday, though, it's not terribly surprising that I'm full of aches and pains today--not just my left hand, but my arms and legs hurt too:
I ran an errand....and wrote three blog posts besides. When it was finally bedtime last night I was bushed.
I mowed the entirety of the lawn.
I did more work on cleaning the garage, and filled a trash barrel with junk.
I did two loads of dishes and neatened the kitchen.
I cooked dinner.
But it sure is nice to get stuff done.
