Wrote a few pages, last night, of something which may or may not be a thing. We're all going to have to see how it works out.

Do you remember when George H.W. Bush didn't know about supermarket scanners, and how everyone made fun of him because it was his first time in a supermarket in a while and it was a few years after the introduction of the technology? Remember how they said he was out of touch and stupid?
Apparently Hillary Clinton doesn't know how to operate a fax machine. Fax machines, in 2015, have been around a lot longer than supermarket scanners were in 1990 (or whenever the Bush thing happened).
Then again, the fact that Hillary doesn't know how to operate a fax machine (nor know the price of a gallon of gasoline, not having driven herself anywhere in 17 years) will not be held against her. It's not a sign of being out of touch because she's important, you know, and has better things to do with her time than drive or operate fax machines.
Funny how that consideration only ever applies to Democrats.

The name of the restaurant is Runa Izakaya. First time I ever saw omurice on a menu anywhere outside of anime.

Cool today, almost chilly--it is chilly considering that it's July and the projected high is 69°. Normal temperatures are at least ten degrees higher than this.
I don't mind it one bit.
