On my way to work today I thought about that, and got depressed. I'm not building worlds any more; I'm not writing stories about people exploring space and solving problems and beating the odds and all that. I'm going to work, coming home, and either playing WoW or watching TV.
It's really irritating.
I'm starting to think that the best way to do this is to stop coming home and sitting down to blog; instead, no blog and no WoW until and unless some pages fiction get written. Period.
That rule bears some thinking about.
First step, though, is getting the Monk's Cell set up; and that means finishing my work in the basement. Whee!

In the "I didn't really expect that to work" department--
Last night I made tacos, and today I found that there wasn't enough sicilian chicken left to make a respectable lunch--so I added taco meat to it, making an eclectic dish. I figured that the flavors wouldn't be entirely disharmonious; what I did not count on was that it would taste good.
Anyway, nothing to eat at home tonight, so I cooked some pasta and added the taco meat. (No cheese, worse luck.) And it tasted pretty good!

Anyway, it's f-ing cold outside and it's supposed to snow Sunday. *sigh*
