Hopefully Tuesday will be less so. Less busy than Monday, but more busy than Saturday. I'm not too fussy about it, though.

In the "we've heard this for the past fifty years" department:
Nuclear fusion by 2035.
Oh yes, we'll have it licked in fifteen years, you betcha.
Fusion has been a couple of decades off since I was nine. We don't need fusion to have virtually unlimited, clean power.
It's stupid to wait fifteen years when we have technology now that will fix everything.

Cutting off the barrel of your AR-15 is a felony. She cut the gas tube, but all that does is make it a single-shot weapon, one you have to cock manually after firing. The gun still works, though, and it becomes a short-barreled rifle, which has been outlawed by BATF for decades. BATF is investigating her, but guess what: she won't be charged.
Did you know Britain has 2,000 violent crimes per 100,000, as opposed to America's 466? Great Britain banned guns and has four times the violent crimes. Hmm....

Although I say today was very busy, there were still slow spots, and I reviewed the Jeep's service log. Turns out the shocks have 70k on them. The plugs have 50k. The tires are getting on, too. I think it's going to be an expensive summer. *sigh*
Woke up this morning to snow on the ground. 25 minutes later, after shaving and showering, the snow had melted. I can live with that.
