Well, it was a day at work, all right. Very busy until after lunch was over, at which point it was dead slow. I worked on AV a bit and have just about finished tying up some of the loose ends prior to moving on to setting up the final, big space war.

Doing a little research into the Jeep's latest suspension woe, and I've found information that says it's one of two things. A) it is a ply separating in a tire, or B) it's a U-joint on an axle shaft.
I really don't want to do a u-joint tomorrow, but I will if I have to.
*sigh*
...but it's getting worse. The little weird shake that was only present at certain steering angles and speeds is now a lot more common. This morning it was present as I was backing out of the driveway; I held the wheel firmly and it felt like the Jeep was hopping from left to right to left again. To me that says "alignment" but it tracks straight as an arrow and is 100% vibration free at any speed other than 55 MPH, and at 55 it's a very slight shimmy, not the death wobble it once was.
So tomorrow I'll put 'er up on jack stands and go through the front end again looking for problems. Not what I wanted to do with my Wednesday....
