#645: Trumpet

Here is the box, showing the correct way to display the angel:
That angel has a seriously strong embrochure to be able to hold up a trumpet--at that angle!--with just her lips, I'm telling you.
And this is the third year we've displayed it this way. My first year there, I corrected it, but no one noticed. Last year I fixed it, but then Steve--who I'd pointed it out to--suggested that I put it back the way I'd found it and see if it ever got fixed. It didn't.
And then, this year, when the back wall went Christmas, I pointed it out to Steve, who got a good laugh out of it.
And of course both Steve and I are eagerly awaiting the return of the cordeuroy fudge bags. It just won't seem like Christmas without them.
