Then, the filling:
1 cup ground (finely-chopped) nuts
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tbsp butter
Mix all that together, then fill the crusts about 3/4 full or so.
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 250 and bake another 15 minutes. Allow to cool and turn out of pan.
Try not to eat the entire pan at one sitting.

Also made a batch of oatmeal cookies. You know, with a stand mixer, oatmeal cookies are incredibly easy to make.

Tomorrow, chocolate chip cookies, plus we'll finally bake the sugar cookies, and I'll make one more batch of pecan crescents. Then the baking will be done, and just in friggin' time, too, because I've got wrapping to do, and I still need to find a turkey breast section and get the brine made for it, and....
