Tomorrow I must go to work, no ifs ands or buts. It will be a bad day, I expect. But I previously requested Tuesday off (wedding anniversary) so it's just one day, then two off, then two on--and hopefully I'll be completely free of this horseshit by then.
Anyway, I just choked down a dose of Pepto, which ought to help some of the symptoms, now that I know I'm nearing the end of the cleanout phase. I do not like to interrupt my body's defense mechanisms, even if some of them are unpleasant. Especially in this case, where I didn't really get dehydrated; the color of my urine got a bit dense in spots but I still produced it with reasonable regularity.
Main symptoms now are upset stomach, lack of appetite, and gut blowdown. Hoping the Pepto will calm those down enough for me to get back to sleep; I've been awake since about 5-ish because the remaining symptoms are bothering me awake--the aching fatigue has faded a bit and I generally feel better than I did 24 hours ago, so of course the GI symptoms are now at the forefront.

Well, the sunspots disappeared, so now we're at 279 days without sunspots in 2019. Here's hoping for an even 280.

Maybe a bit dehydrated: just sucked back an entire 16.9 ounce bottle of water as quickly as I could stand to drink it. *sigh*
