And it's about bloody time, too.
Kurt Schlichter offers his opinion on the Trump Doctrine, and I agree. "The fact is that we have been at war with Iran since 1979. It's just now we're shooting back."

Apparently there's more than enough milk in the United States. Well, then.

This is nothing but the same-old-same-old and it comes from treating time like it's something other than a dimension like space is.
It's really not all that difficult to understand. Humans perceive time in a linear and progressive fashion because our bodies are chemical machines and that's the only way we can perceive it. But it's actually just another direction, like up or left or backwards. The entire universe is a gigantic, static structure composed of multidimensional objects interacting, and all points are equally addressible.
It's the limitation of our chemical brains that keep us from being able to understand moving in time the way we move in space.

I have heard good things about The Witcher but I don't know if I care to watch it, even so. We'll see.

Apparently the Golden Globe awards got annihilated in a suitably hilarious fashion. About time.

So, had a look at Amazon--on a whim--for car parts. Turns out that I can get coil packs for my wife's car for rather less than O'Reilly's MSRP of $81 apiece. How about a 4-pack for $45 shipped? Even a single Toyota OEM part is just $64. So if I need to replace a coil pack, guess where I'm buying it from?
So I figured, okay, let's see what happens, and put in "Jeep Cherokee floor pans"--and they had them. And the rocker panels, too!
...so then I decided to get really nuts and looked up parts for my motorcycle. Guess what? Brand new petcock, the complete thing, $16 shipped--so I ordered one.
Insane! The previous best price I saw for that part was $80, FFS.
Originally went there just to get a couple of OBD2 Bluetooth dongles. That set me back $23, for a pair, shipped. Crimony.

Had just a peek at the Flying Witch manga and ended up reading the whole thing. *sigh* Up to chapter 50, anyway, which is all I can find on-line.
And now it's bedtime. Oh well.
