I was pretty sure that the Giganto-Tron had gone to the great LCD Graveyard in the Sky, so I went under the desk to check. No, even better: buzzing sound not coming from Giganto-Tron's interface box, but from computer! Lovely!
Moved UPS out of the way, and buzzing sound went with the UPS.
No idea how old the Giganto-Tron is, but the UPS is probably older. It appears not to have any battery capacity, which will warrant a deeper look later on. I did, after all, just recently replace the battery in it.

So let's get on with the rumor mill, shall we?
So: some 2,000 National Guardsmen, in DC, sworn in as Special Deputy US Marshals. Why? Your guess is as good as mine, but one thing the National Guard does not ordinarily have the power to do is to arrest people. These 2,000 troops do, however, have that power. You do the math.
Vox Day just posted this bit:
Happy Holiday to Dr. Martin Luther King, and please allow me to say how proud I am of the almost 25,000 National Guardsman who have come in from all 50 States and Territories to help support the Secret Service and the police departments with a peaceful transition to military power."Pardon me, Mr. Major General in charge of the DC National Guard, but your Freudian Slip may be showing. That one's as good as Biden's "voter fraud organization" slip, and let's hope just as prophetic.
...reportedly the good General said "transition'a military power" if you listen closely to the audio...but why even mention military power at all?
Heard another bit saying that Tuesday was D-day rather than Wednesday. If it were, it would totally catch everyone off guard and totally blow my theory about Biden's successful inauguration being treason. I don't know. I do know that I fully expect to wake up Wednesday morning with some dire news in the feeds. I'm hoping to take that day off, in fact, because I don't want to be away from home.
Can't remember where I saw it, but I saw a picture of the fence around the Capitol, with the razor wire on the inside and laughed.

Anyway, we've got a pizza on the way, and then we're going to eat pizza and play games and try to have an entertaining evening together. Whee!
