"Oh, come on--it won't be that bad!" With the hard left members of the Democrat-Media Complex talking about reeducation camps, putting people in jail for supporting Trump, for being right-wing, for having "R" on their voting cards? I'm telling you, it may not seem like it at first, but even Lenin waited a while before he put on his human face-stomping boots...and I've read the books with this story in them one too many times to think that somehow, magically, the United States under hard Democrat rule will be any different whatsoever from communist Russia or nazi Germany or communist China or communist Cuba or communist Korea or communist Vietnam or....
Someone made the prediction that we'd be starving within a decade. I don't think it'll take that long, because this crowd of commisars is considerably less able--and considerably more inbred--than the ones that ran Russia. And mass starvation is one of the major features of young socialist dictatorships, because farming is a highly individualized profession. The people who know how to farm are deemed enemies of the state (in fact the state does not like people it does not 100% control being in charge of a critical resource) and they are sent to the camps or liquidated. Politically reliable people are put in charge of producing food, but the problem with "politically reliable people" is that all they know how to do is to be fucking communists and they're complete shit for any other job.
The Democrats are making up enemies lists, and they're already spinning opposition to them as "domestic terrorism". This will be considered "domestic terrorism". So, "communist dictatorship" I said, and that's exactly what I meant.
The other alternative is for Trump to be, even as I write this, doing something...though I cannot really characterize what that "something" in fact is, I can speculate--and have, repeatedly, so much so that I don't particularly care to do so now.
Regardless, President Trump delivered his "farewell" speech this evening. Still has not conceded to Biden. Doesn't mention him by name, either; always talks about "the next administration".

This is going to be a problem for Biden if he is actually president. "U.S. declares China's actions against Uyghurs 'genocide'"
Yeah. Well, that's what it is.

Anyway, I don't want to go into a long-winded diatribe tonight. Not sure what I'm going to do about dinner; I'd thought "spaghetti" but Mrs. Fungus said she wasn't very hungry and I don't feel like cooking a big batch of spaghetti when I'll be the only one feasting on it.
I'm going to log into WoW and see how many murlocs, gnolls, and orcs I can kill.
