#6350: Well, that worked

So, turns out that Runic Games (the company that sells Torchlight) has a way for people who bought their games a long time ago to get copies of it that will run, as long as they can provide their serial numbers. I now have a ful lworking copy of the game, and played it a little the other night. The laptop's what I really wanted it for, though.

Monday night I did twenty minutes of walking on the treadmill. Wednesday and Friday I get to do it again. 20 minutes, 3x per week, so that eventually I will be in some semblance of reasonable condition.

I am so abysmally out of shape it's not even remotely amusing. This must change.

Work on AV has stalled again. I'm stuck; what I need is to write denouement for the second part of the story so I can get going on the third part--but it's being stubborn, and although I keep chipping away at it, it's not going very well. We do what we can, though.

No big 9/11 retrospective here. That doesn't mean I've forgotten; it just means that there are other things I'm more worried about right now.

Chores Wednesday. Whee!
