This happens just about every year--a warm spell in the middle of winter--and it goes back to being cold for another two months afterwards. Mom always used to call it the "February thaw". It seems to work out that way a lot, the same way it is almost always sunny on Feb 2. (Groundhog Day. In order for the groundhog to see his shadow, it has to be sunny. Around here, at least, it is almost always sunny on Groundhog Day. There have been times when it has not been, but those are, in my experience, a small minority.)
I don't feel like doing anything. And I've got a lot to do. I hate that juxtaposition.
