Normally when I am confronted by a mob of monsters which approximate my level, it ends up with me releasing to graveyard and hieing my spirit across the landscape to where my corpse dropped. And "mob" usually equals "more than two", unless it's my hunter and the cat isn't off attacking something else while I'm being surrounded.
The death knight can deal out serious pain and has enough nifty armor attached that he can survive being beaten upon, a lot.
I ran Scythandra through the Deadmines in order to farm cloth. For professions, I took "Enchanting" and "Tailoring", and the latter needs cloth; starting out you need linen, and there's no better place to get it than from the Defias jerks in Westfall. Most of the time the Defias drop linen, and in the Deadmines a lot of them drop wool.
So I had 80 swatches of wool (enough for 40 bolts of wool) and a lot of linen, which I promptly used up on leveling my tailoring.
Then, after a bunch of stuff up in the plaguelands (and getting lvl 59!) I went back to Westfall to farm more linen.
I power-leveled tailoring, and mostly I made bracers and vests so that I could then power-level enchanting. Now I can disenchant things--you need a skill of 25 to disenchant anything--and can now work on leveling that score.
"Want": at level 70, for the low low price of 950 gold, a DK can buy a flying mount. No idea what the training for that will cost, though.
Yeah, it's fun.

I need to get a shower before bed, and my eyelids are drooping. Work tonight--and the very last ep of Battlestar Galactica.
