And it turns out that our favorite watermelon, Van Jones, is a "truther" to boot. This guy seriously believes that 9/11 was perpetrated by the US government!
What's next? Will we find that another one of Obama's czars thinks the moon landings were faked?

I ended up watching Pitch Black on "SyFy" this evening. Now I'm going to have to see the other "Riddick" movies.

Engine progress: this afternoon I got the oil pump, water pump, rear main seal, and oil pan installed. (The front main seal is part of the oil pump.) Little by little it is going back together.
& bloody hell: because that engine has a structural oil pan, there's a torque sequence for the damn thing. You have to tighten all the bolts in the right sequence, loosen them half a turn, then tigthen them in the same sequence again.
And no, I don't know what advantage is conferred by a structural oil pan.
Anyway, the bottom end is closed up. Next is to work on the top end; I'm planning to disassemble the head, clean it, do some minor port matching; then grease it with assembly lube and put it all back together. After that, on it goes; and that'll close up the top end.
So, it's getting there!
