You know what? I'm not even going to post about my opinions of Fry Electronics' customer service right now. Suffice it to say that right now I want to take everything back for a refund and go buy a Dell. If you want details, pick at random any sixty or seventy cuss words in the language of your choosing; that ought to be accurate enough.
I even went so far as to write an actual paper, snail-mail letter of complaint. It's going out with tomorrow's mail. And from now on I don't think I'm going to buy anything from that store.
