("Lum no Love Song", the first OP of Urusei Yatsura, for the record.)
("Ammari sowasowa shinaide....")
Yeah, I'm screwed.

Islam is not exactly a black-friendly religion.

That image comes from chapter 20, which also contains an explanation for why the manager of the apartment house has an apron that says "Piyo Piyo" on it.
...and there's a genuine "laugh until tears come" moment in chapter 23. O Lord was that funny.

I've been keeping an eye on the temperature, trying to decide whether or not to close up and turn on the AC. Right now it's comfortable enough being at the computer as long as the fan's blowing on me.

Well, it's got to be good for something. Right? Right???
UPDATE: ...and I think I read about 40 chapters of Otaku no Musume-san today.
Well? Last night I placed an ad on the Fiero Forum advertising the parts I want to get rid of, and a guy from Cedar Lake sent me a PM about them with his phone number. I called him this morning (about 10-ish) and while I was waiting for him to call me back I ate leftover General Tao's Chicken and read manga on-line.
...talked to him, arranged a pickup time (Monday) and kept on reading. I came to the end of the extant story just a few minutes ago.
So my next task will be to get the Fiero parts accessible in the garage. That means more work outside today after it cools off a bit more, but I can live with that--especially since it means more room I can use!
The only real inaccessible thing right now is the '86 engine, but I can dig that out with a few minutes' work. It'll mean making the garage look like hell for a little while, but that's also survivable.

As for me, I got about 6 hours of sleep and have been up since about ten-ish. It's hot inside the bunker, but just barely below the threshold for turning on the AC, and anyway by sitting in front of a fan I can stay relatively comfortable.
Now I'm thinking about what to have for dinner; right now I'm leaning towards "pasta" because I have the stuff on hand and it doesn't take a lot of effort to make.
What I really want is a nap, but since I want to attend church in the morning I don't dare hit the hay before 10-ish. *sigh*

Well, it could be worse.
