#2765: Tires and stuff

So the tires arrived after 5 PM; I went to get socks from downstairs and saw them laying on the front porch. They look very nice; they'll look nicer on the bike.

The other parts (inner tubes, rim strips) left the warehouse today and have a projected arrival date of tomorrow, which would be very nice.

The battery is also on its way now, and is scheduled for a Friday delivery.

All of this is very good. It also means I'd better find some f-ing gasket material tomorrow and get the gas tank back together, because it's now going to take about 3-4 hours of solid work to have the thing startable, started, adjusted, and ridable. Whee!

Then I need to plate it and insure it, because I'm going to be getting my motorcycle license ASAMFP, and I want to be able to ride it on the road when I do. Yahoo!
