Me, I wear a helmet when I ride, and that keeps the wind noise to a minimum while allowing me to hear everything else just fine.
Bonus: my head is protected.
I do want to get a modular helmet, though, so I can flip the faceplate up and put the thing on without having to take off my glasses. That part is a pain.
