...but I haven't even looked at the Intarbus since Sunday. I went up long enough on Tuesday to announce my marriage--thanks to everyone for the good wishes!--but otherwise things have been so incredibly, insanely busy I haven't had time to do anything.
Moving day was Wednesday. Since Mrs. Fungus had to work, I got up at 6 AM and went to Citrus Grove to be there for the movers. That was a long day.
Yesterday, then, Comcast came to install cable and Internet--Mrs. Fungus is a Comcast employee so we get free cable and a vastly reduced rate for Internet service--and I had to prune a tree in the back yard so the cable guys could git 'er done. Once that was accomplished, we hied ourselves back to the Citrus Grove to finish cleaning out her old apartment. We got back to the Fungal Vale around 8:30 PM and just collapsed.
She's still sleeping. Me, I woke up around 6-ish and decided to have something to eat and get my PC back up and running. Now that I've done that much, it's time to set up her PC and get it connected, which means digging out my Ethernet cabling tools.
I'm not sure, yet, how I'll connect El-Hazard to the Interweb. I'm thinking of running a cable to the family room and then connecting the computer to the TV; that'll make anime viewing possible--but I'm going to need to get a couple of wall plates for Ethernet receptacles since I don't want to have cables hanging out of holes in the wall.
Well, time to get back to work, I guess. Whee!
